Creating a plan is how your recurring customers are billed. You can use a plan for multiple customers or just one.
From the recurring dropdown, choose Add Plan.
- Type in the amount you would like to charge.
- If on dual pricing Program, this amount will not automatically add the transaction fee. The amount typed in here will be what the customer is being charged. To add the transaction fee, you would need to manually increase the price by the set percentage amount.
- Set how often you want to charge the customer.
- to charge the customer every X amount of days, select the first radio button, and type in the amount of days between charges.
- To charge the customer on a specific day of each month/every X amount of months select the second radio button, chose the day of the month from the first drop down, and then choose the frequency of months in the second drop down.
- Select how many times to charge the customer.
- If you wish to continuously bill this customer until they cancel their subscription choose the first radio button.
- If you want to charge the customer a specific amount of times, choose the second radio button, and specify how many times you wish to charge the customer.
- Plan Identification
- Last you need to name the plan. Choose a unique name so you can remember what this plan is by a glance. the Plan Name is what you will see inside the gateway, the Plan ID is what your customers will see when sending out a link to have the customer sign up via Quickclick or through the API.
