An unresponsive Clover device requires a hard reboot. Rebooting instructions for each Clover device follow. If your device doesn't restart, contact Clover support.
Station

Unplug the display cord from the bottom of Station.

Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the display cord back into the bottom of Station.

Allow the device to reboot.

After your Station restarts, log in.
Station 2

Press the power button at the bottom edge of your display for more than 10 seconds.

After your Station 2 restarts, log in.
Mini
-
Unplug the power cord from the Mini hub.

Open the paper door.
-
Remove the paper roll; then hold the green reset button in the back of the printer roll cavity for 15 full seconds.

Plug the power cord back into Mini Hub. You'll see the Clover logo on the screen.
Flex
-
Remove the Flex from its charging cradle or remove the power cord.

Hold the power button down for 32 seconds before releasing.

Press the power button again until the Clover image appears.

Place the device on charging cradle or connect power cord back to the device.

When prompted, enter your passcode to log in.
