- Select New Sale on the bottom navigation bar.
- In the top-right corner of the New Sale screen, select Create invoice to begin creating your invoice. Note: if you have any items in your cart, Create invoice will be disabled.
- Attach a recipient to the invoice by selecting Add customer. If you do not have the customer saved already, you can add a new one by selecting New customer.
- Enter the amount that you are invoicing the customer for, as well as an optional note. Applicable taxes will be applied to the total amount, automatically. You may also adjust any taxes and fees by selecting the dropdown under Tax.
- Assign a payment due date and select Send invoice.
- On the following screen, ensure your invoice looks correct and select Send invoice.
- On the confirmation screen, select Done to be taken back to the New Sale home.\
