All customer invoices live in Invoices, but you can also access them through Recurring Payments. You can get an overview of Invoices at any time.
View invoices through Invoices
- On a web browser, log in to your Clover account.
- At the left, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
- Select Invoices
- Select Sales Activity > Invoices
- You’ll see a list of invoices, starting with the most recent date. Locate and select the customer’s name or search for the customer using the search functionality.
- From here, you can see the invoice details, including the customer’s information, invoice amount, frequency, payment plan and more.
View invoices through Recurring Payments
- On a web browser, log in to your Clover account.
- At the left, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
- Select Recurring Payments
- Select Sales Activity > Recurring Payments
- Locate and select the plan for that customer.
- You’ll see a list of customers that are part of that plan. Locate the customer’s name or search for the customer using the search functionality.
- Select More on the right side of the row.
- Select View invoices. This takes you to Invoices, with the selected customer’s invoices displayed in chronological order. From here, you can select an invoice to see details.
