- On a web browser, log in to your Clover account.
- At the left, select one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
- Sales Activity > Invoices
- Invoices
- At the top of the page, you'll see an invoice summary, which includes:
- Amount collected (YTD): The total amount of paid invoices for the year.
- Amount collected (30 days): The total amount of paid invoices for the past 30 days.
- Unpaid balance: The total amount of unpaid invoices.
- Pending: The number of pending invoices. An invoice is considered pending once it has been sent to the customer.
- Paid: The number of paid invoices. An invoice is considered paid once the customer's payment has been successfully processed.
- Overdue: The number of overdue invoices. An invoice is considered overdue when its past its original due date.
- You’ll also see a list of invoices, starting with the most recent date. Invoice details include the sent date, customer name, invoice ID, total, due date, payment status and other details. The following payment statuses are represented:
- Overdue: The invoice is past its original due date.
- Pending: The invoice has been sent to the customer, but has not been paid yet.
- Paid: The invoice has been paid.
- Expired: The invoice is past the expiration date.
- Cancelled: The invoice was cancelled by the merchant.
- Failed: There was an issue with the customer’s payment. For example, an expired credit card.
- From here, you can view an invoice for a specific customer.
