Get started with DoorDash

New DoorDash users

  1. From a browser, log in to your Clover account.
  2. At the top right, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
    • Select Account & Setup 
    • Select Settings > View all settings
  3. Under Business Operations, select Online Ordering.
  4. Under DoorDash, select Get started.
  5. Select Sign up. 
  6. Select an email account to continue signing up. Make sure you are using the email associated with the DoorDash Merchant Portal.
  7. Follow the prompts to sign up for DoorDash.
  8. Once you are done signing up for DoorDash, you will be taken back to the Clover dashboard. You should see a success message saying that your store was synced and that DoorDash is validating your menu. This should only take a few minutes. 
  9. Once your menu is validated by DoorDash, you will see another success message. From here, select Activate to start receiving DoorDash orders in Clover. 
  10. In order to activate your DoorDash store completely, go to your DoorDash Merchant Portal. If you need access to the DoorDash Merchant Portal, please contact DoorDash Merchant Support at 855-222-8111.

Existing DoorDash users

  1. From a browser, log in to your Clover account.
  2. At the top right, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
    • Select Account & Setup 
    • Select Settings > View all settings
  3. Under Business Operations, select Online Ordering.
  4. Under DoorDash, select Get started.
  5. Confirm your business information and select Continue. 
  6. Select Connect. You will be taken to the DoorDash login page where you will be prompted to sign in. Make sure you are using the email associated with the DoorDash Merchant Portal to sign in. 
  7. You will be asked to sync your store location with Clover. Make sure you select the correct location from the dropdown. When you are done, select Continue. 
  8. You should see a success message saying that your store was synced and that DoorDash is validating your menu. This could take a few minutes.  

Once your menu is validated by DoorDash, you will see another success message. From here, select Activate to start receiving DoorDash orders in Clover.
